A Milwaukee native, Dan graduated from Nicolet High School in 1976 before moving to St. Louis to attend Washington University. In 1980 he obtained his undergraduate degree in History and two years later he received his masters in History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Returning to Wisconsin, Dan received his law degree from Marquette University in 1984.
Since graduating, Dan has operated his own law practice, Chudnow Law Offices, LLC, where he concentrates in the areas of real estate, probate and estates, and personal injury law. He is also President of his family’s real estate property management firm, Suburban Management Company, LLC, which owns and manages commercial and residential properties through out Wisconsin.
Dan has long been active in numerous local civic and charitable organizations. He served as a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin, as the Vice President of the Urban Day School of Milwaukee, and as a Board member of the Jewish National Fund and Milwaukee Jewish Federation. He has also served as a long time member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Home and Care Center, where he was a Vice Chair and member of the Executive Board. In addition, he was formerly Chairman of the Board of the Sarah Chudnow Community and a Co-President of his synagogue, Congregation Anshai Lebowitz.
Dan is currently the President of the nonprofit Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear, which features the lifelong collection of his late father, Avrum Chudnow, and includes artifacts from the Prohibition Era, the 1920’s and the 1930’s. Dan’s political memorabilia collection is on permanent loan to the Museum. His collecting specialty includes items related to the political campaigns of the Fighting Bob Lafollette and his family in Wisconsin.

Betty smulyan
Betty has worked at Chudnow Law Offices and Suburban Management for over 10 years.
Betty's official title is Office Manager, but she is truly a jack of all trades. She really keeps the office running smoothly. Betty provides the office and administrative support for the real estate, property management, and legal divisions. She researches and gathers all the medical records needed for CLO client cases, processes the receivables and payables for Suburban Management, and invoices CLO clients.
When Betty is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and family. She also enjoys cooking and baking as well as taking brisk walks in the cold weather.

Dave schneckenberg
Dave has been employed by Suburban Management since March of 1973. He holds a degree from UW-Milwaukee in Accounting, and is an experienced Wisconsin CPA.
Dave has always been a dedicated member of our team, and his experience and efficiency help the office run smoothly.
Dave is married with two children and one grandchild. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending Green Bay Packer games, as well as spending time with his grandson.
